Well - it is time for my last but one post - last one on U-18, i just want to say that each and everyone of you has made this board special in your own way, and i hope you all come to the new board so we can continue it there.

Thank you soo much to admin for setting up this board and i wish you good luck with your dancing, thank you to the GGs for being such good friends - without this board i would have almost certainly gone crazy from not talking about SCD

OK Guys so this is my final post and I still can't believe it!!!

I will miss this board sooooo much, I have had a fantastic time!!! I have enjoyed every minite of the last 6 months I have spent on here and will never forget this place!!!!

Thank you everyone you are a great bunch of people and I really hope that I will see you all on the new boards and that will will have many more great discussion!!!

ok people this is my last post. i can't believe it.

just want to give each and every one of you a huge virtual hug!!!!lol i'll miss you all so much i really hope that you are all coming onto the new board.

My final words are: Natasha and Brendan, without you two i never would have loved this entire scd experience as much as i have. love you lots. thank you so much. Natasha, you will always be the most inspirational person in the world to me and Brendan, you will always be a truly great "Dancing God!" and a fantastic!lol(remember that?!) i wish you both all the best in the future. and ask you very nicely to come and vist the new board anytime you wish.lol

I haven't been here for long so it's really sad that this has to be my final post. But I've loved my time here and I hope to see loads of you over at the new boards

To everyone who was a part of SCD both 1 and 2, thank you for making it such a magical show with the ability to draw so many people together. Brendan and Natasha will always have a special place in my heart because the magic they created was unrivalled. But it wouldn't have worked without every couple who participated, so thank you.

Hope to speak to people over at the new boards soon - if not, good luck with everything and keep the scd love alive.

Well, nearly time for my last post. Ive only been on this board for 1 month but it feels like so much longer. Ive made so many friends on here and it truley has been a life changing experience. And Admin, I cant thank u enough 4 setting up this wonderful place. Many people wuld find that a stupid thing 2 say about a board but Im sure u lot are all feeling the same. I feeling of disbeleif and sadness. So this is it. Goodbye to u and good bye 2 the board.

Well guys,its my last post too now,its so sad,it really does feel like the end of an era. I haven't been on these boards for as long as some of you,but you have never failed in making me feel welcome and i'm very grateful for that. This place has been an amazing retreat,somewhere I can visit and feel comfortable and I feel I am able to relate to each and every one of you. I'm certain in saying that all the SCD professionals would be extremely proud to know they have had such a profound effect on us all. Particularly, I'd like to say a huge thank you to Brendan and Natasha,as many have said before,without them I wouldn't be here now and these boards and SCD as a program wouldn't have been no-where near as enjoyable without them in it. They were phenomenal to watch and it was a true pleasure watching them grow as a pair each week-nothing can beat that. Brendan,you are a true inspiration,someone who has quite literally,without knowing it,helped me discover my dreams and I will do anything now to follow these dreams through. I admire and respect you an endless amount.

Lastly thank you to everyone on here in making this place somewhat unique. Admin,thanks for creating such a wonderful place and i'm proud to say I was part of this experience,even if only for quite a short amount of time. I've met some great people,and I hope to remain in contact with you all on the new boards,including the pro's (hint hint)

People who don't decide to join the new boards, take care, aim high and always follow your dreams, don't let anyone or anything get in the way of them.

Quite like Brendan and Natasha...these boards are 'untouchable.'

I had to post my final goodbyes too. It's so sad. I'm wellling up here! I'm loving all the songs by the way! I didn't think it would be long before someone started singing! But as others have said it's not really goodbye, only goodbye to this board. And what a fantastic board it's been. I've got loads of great memories from here. I joined last July (still didn't make it to guru status!) and had great fun posting on here and sharing views with SCD fans.

Some of my memories from here include- reading all the body language posts on B&N and the never ending speculation over the "are they or aren't they" debate. The emergance of Brendan's very own fan club- The Naughty Girls and their trip to Halifax.

The announcement of which celebs and which pros were taking part in SCD2. Very exciting day that was as I recall!

Julian and Erin coming on here for a live online chat. How many members were logged on that night!!? Must thank Erin at this point for keeping us up to date with SCD news. Which brings me on to that other gem of information- RobertW. Oooh he used to wind us up good and proper didn't he? The "lesser spotted's" presence was always welcomed on here! Still miss the old Halfpenny Hustler!!

The lead up to the SCD2 final was great fun. Whoever you supported, Jill and Darren, Denise and Ian or Julian and Erin, it was great trying to predict who would be lifting the trophy.

The day that SarahLou broke the news about the CDO. To say I was excited was an understatement! The lead up to the CDO is probably my most vivid memory. Even if it was a little fraught along the way! Not least because we didn't know if it was actually going to happen, who was taking part and when it was going to be on. Then the reaction to the result seemed to produce a lot of lively debate!

Lots of posters have stood out for me, some of whom I've mentioned above. Others include the one and only Monica, whose posts were always diplomatic, earning her the title of "the voice of reason." Then Marina's posts brought new meaning to the word "innuendo", although she had some help along the way! Nat's (my partner in crime!) posts have probably made me laugh the most, and I was overjoyed to find a fellow A&L and JLC fan! Lesley- without a doubt Anton's biggest fan who became the official representive of the Tres Bon Girls on more than one occassion, and made a few of you wonder if she was actually Lesley Garrett! Then there were Darren's Good Girls, and a few hardcore Paul Killick fans thrown in for good measure!

So all in all I'm taking away loads of great memories. I've made some great friends and I know our paths will cross again somewhere. The way in which we've all bonded through our shared love of SCD has been amazing. Who'd of though this time last year that the BBC bringing back Come Dancing would have produced this much fun. Because fun is what it has been, from start to finish. Thanks to everyone for making this board such a success. It's been a blast!
