I also know people that know her and say exactly the opposite to what you are saying...celebrities do perform their role in front of their fans, not only in front of the cameras...You would really need to see her in different situations to know...

maybe so (or not), but we can only comment on what we see with our own eyes, not second hand opinions!
Anton & Lesley get my vote. They were brilliant, they really deserved to be in last year's final. I hope it's not J&D or N&B, as much as I like them!!!! They've had their time in the limelight!!
Yes, Cat, on a more positive note you do have a point. It would make for a more even end result if Anton and Lesley (or any of the other couples except J&D and N&B) walked away with the CDO trophy. This is the point at which I hold my hand up and apologise for getting a little carried away with some of my earlier comments. I ran off at the mouth (lifelong failing of mine which I should do more to control!) with regard to some of my (negative) remarks about a specific individual competing in the CDO. I really should follow my own advice considering that I have reminded others about this being the season of goodwill and the spirit in which posts should be submitted. Having had my fingers burned once before I really had no excuse. If I caused any offence to supporters of that particular individual I wholeheartedly and unreservedly apologise. There! I have got it off my chest! From now on I shall accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative! And a Merry Christmas to you all!
Yes, there were enough cliches in there to sink a battleship, weren't there?! But as the song says 'Accentuate the positive, Eliminate the negative, Latch onto the affirmative, And don't mess with Mr In-Between!' Well expreience has taught me to give 'Mr In-Between' a wide berth! And from now on I shall make that song my mantra!

I'd just like to congratulate you on your use of one of JLC's phrases!!!!! 'La Kaplinsky'...oh how I miss those days!!!! 'Arsh', Paul 'Killer' Killick. the Len Goodman Dancer, Brendan 'Coley' Cole, Mark 'Frithy Frothy' Frith....need I go on!!!! The man is a genius!!! BBC bring him back!!!
JLC's on bbc3 on 28/12 at 10.30 pm in a prog called Three's Out-takes. It says 'JLC introduces a selection of out takes revealing the moments the stars would rather forget'. Fingers crossed there's out-takes of SCD on 3. It's on again with different clips the day after.

Thats great Pippa thanks!!!!! When he wasn't back on SCD I emailed the BBC loads of times asking why and I never got a straight answer so I emailed his agent and they came straight back with the info I wanted to know....they said he'd be doing stuff in the future for the BBC and this must be one of them....I'll be sure to watch!!
I think she is among that breed of professionals who, once committed to a task will carry it out and give it her all. It is in their blood to do the job and do it well.
She and Brendan 'clicked' - because Bendan (like all the professional dancers) demand total comittment from their 'pupils'. He got that from Natasha. Their 'chemistry' happened because she could trust him with her emotions for those 1min 30secs performances on the dance floor. How you managed to give someone that trust is neither here nor there.
As a dance audiance, it's wonderful to see when it happened.

I agree, it was a wonderful to see.
And I also agree, that Natasha, once committed to something, will give it 100% and make sure that she does it to the best of her ability.

Admin, they are all winners and I would porefer to have a longer Christmas Special where each couple dances twice and there is no vote.
Lets just enjoy the dancing - and who cares about who wins.
I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM ALL DO THE VIENNESE WALTZ TOGETHER, ITS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DANCE AND IT WAS GREAT TO WATCH ON SCD1 + 2!! IM SO GLAD J & D ARE DOING THE JIVE, THEY ARE SO FANTASTIC AT THAT DANCE (WELL THEY ARE FAB AT ALL OF THE DANCES BUT THEIR JIVE LEAVES ME BREATHLESS-GOOD TO SEE THEM DOING IT TO A DIFFERENT SONG 2!!) AS MUCH AS I LOVE BRENDAN AND NATASHA AND THE FOXTROT I THINK IT COULD GO AGAINST THEM AS ALL OF THE LATIN DANCES AND THE QUICKSTEP ARE REAL CROWD PLEASERS AND I THINK THAT SOME PEOPLE MAY PREFER WATCHING THOSE DANCES. THAT DOESNT MEAN I WONT BE VOTING FOR N&B THO, I THINK THE FOXTROT IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL, JUST LIKE THEM!!
LUV LAUREN XXXXXX (ONE OF DARRENS GOOD GIRLS!!)
VOTE JILL AND DARREN OR BRENDAN AND NATASHA IN THE CDO!!!

I agree with you Cat123. As much as I like and support J&D, it would be nice if another couple take the title. It seems like it's a foregone conclusion that the winner will either be Jill or Natasha - they might as well have called it 'The Jill v Natasha Xmas Come Dancing'!
I hope Aled and Lilia do well as they're a great couple as well.
