I think it is difficult to choose from next week - there are a few that could be voted off such as Sarah-Brendan, Diarmud-Nicole, Roger-Camilla and Julian-Erin(hopefully not). The others i think are just too strong competition and will probably get to the end.

we forget that we all thought claire would go to the final but lost in the fourth round. it is all up to the public and they seem to prefer some celebrities more then others. and some are more famous then others. sarah has a lot of fans . just look at the casualty website and diarmuid well he seems to be everybody's chris parker replacement . we could be very surprised

It should be Diarmuid & Nicole, but I've voted for Denise & Ian because I don't think they will get the public vote if they need it...

Dancing wise, it should be Diarmuid & Nicole, but they're adorable, I love them to bits!!! DEnise & Ian are the only couple left I don't care about, so I hope it's them1 After that, I don't want any of them to leave! :(

Hopefully Denise & Ian. I know they're good, and have been better than yesterday in the previous weeks, but I just haven't warmed to them as a couple, unlike many of the others.

I agree Lise - not sure about Denise and Ian at all, though she did come across better last night than in the previous two weeks.  According to this poll, it seems fairly close between three couples to leave.  I don't think it'll be Denise and Ian next week though as they are one of the judges' favourites and I can't see them having two bad dances in a row.

Yeah, the Jive's just not her dance. Similar to Natasha in SCD 1.

I think it will be between Diarmuid & Nicole and Denise & Ian.

Diarmuid & Nicole because I cant see then getting good scores from the judges but will get the public vote.

Denise & Ian because their popularity is waning. Their 'snidy' comments about others is just driving me mad !

Personally hoping it's Denise and Ian, they don't do anything for me, their dancing doesn't excite me like some of them do. I know she's good but they haven't been as good in the past week or so. And I really do like the others so I'm hoping they go.

Think the last 2 will be Diarmiud & Nicole, solely on the Judges votes will be in bottom place, and Denise and Ian, possibly Roger & Camilla too in the bottom 2.

I have to say that I agree with what everyone else has said about Denise & Ian.  The little comments made about the others took any shine off their performances for me and I can't warm to them like some of the others.   fundamentally really cannot put my finger on it why though, there's just something missing.

If the Judges dont freak out at Brendan & Sarah's "Dracula and his Bride" then I think they will stay in.  Craig RH said that he was "willing to forgive" them for the non traditional paso if they told a story which is something that Sarah has said they are doing, so if the Judges get it they could be safer than others.  If their dance is "unique" it will certainly stick in people's minds!!

Sorry have to edit - i really need to learn how to spell!!

I agree Ruth, as long as Brendan and Sarah tell a story then i am hoping that it will be enough for them to go through. I love to see a performance as well as technically correct steps, and from what I have seen in the clips so far, I think that i will enjoy the routine.  I hope that the judges do too, but you can never tell.

I naturally want Brendan and Sarah to stay in, but I also believe that they deserve to be in the competition, at this stage.

I think it will be Diarmuid or Denise that go tomorrow.

Hope you are correct Monica. I think the end of the line should have arrived for Diarmuid. Much as he is a lovely cuddly man, I think the time has come for those that can dance to remain in the competition. Denise and Ian looked good in practice but whether they have the public vote remains to be seen. Once these two couples have gone I think any of the remaining ones could triumph. Hope its a good clean 'fight'.

Agreed there haze (and Monica)  - i dont want to see another Natasha -v- Chris situation in the final.

My only fear is that one decent couple ie someone that can dance, will get sacrificed this week or next for someone who has the popularity vote on who they are rather than their dancing ability.  Dont get me wrong, I think Diarmiud is learning and is progressing a bit but he has said himself that he will never be a dancer and after all that was the whole point of the program, and what was ultimately done in SCD1, to turn someone who thought they could not dance into a dancer.

To be honest, I don't think Diarmuid wants to participate in this competition any longer.  It would be doing him a favour to vote him out of it.  He seemed rather thrilled that he'd injured his hamstring and perhaps wouldn't be able to dance.

As regards Denise and Ian, I don't particularly like their dancing.  I think it's technically good but something is missing.  I used to really like Denise before this competition started.  Have to say that I've really gone off her now.

Arji, I second that comment about Denise and Ian.  In fact, rather than boost her popularity, I think Denise has shot herself in the foot over this one.  She started off well, the dancing I thought was very good, in fact it surprised me, but since then things have gone down hill for me.  Technically correct for most of the time, but lacking in something, and added to that the PR factor, I think they are losing votes by the minute.  Shame, as at one time, I thought that they were certain to be in the final.
