I don't think that Carol and Paul should have been voted off on Saturday. They certainly wern't the worst couple.

Carol and Paul were not the worst. I thought Diarmuid and Nicole were, but maybe they will prove as popular as Chris and Hana did last series?


I suppose it depends if the 'correct' couple to go are the worst dancers or the 'least interesting'

Nicole's dancing is legendary. Its slowly but surely rubbing off onto Diarmuid. Slowly, but surely.

Ah yes the Vorpulus recalls Christopher Parker last year and was not overly impressed by his attitude. Whereas Diarmuid accepts that he could be better and works hard and has a great desire to be the best he can, Christopher Parker argued that he was good when he wasn't (in my opinion) and didn't improve from week to week as I recall. Vorpulus believes embarrassment is the worst emotion and struggled not to be embarrassed when he saw Christopher arguing with the judges!

I don't recall Mr Parker saying he was good  but then I am not the mighty Vorpulus!


Diarmuid does try very hard and I look forward to hopefully see him improve each time he narrowly escapes 'eviction'.

As much as I liked Hanna in the first series it was partly her fault that Christopher danced so badly because she had him doing really stupid routines (who can forget his paso doble). Maybe if he'd had a dancer like Nicole to partner him he would have done better!

I think Hanna did those routines because Chris Parker couldn't dance to the proper routines, so she had to make it a bit more fun for him. The paso doble looked comical not because of the moves themselves but because of the look on Chris Parker's face!!!

Yeh. Diarmuid is popular and I shouldn't really say that it's wrong to vote for your favourite celeb instead of the best dancer. Then I would just be a hipicrit (I was supporting Chris and Hanna last year).

The Rhumba certainly wasn't Carol's dance. She looked slighty in pain throughout. I did find out she was after the leg lift.

Hi everyone! They should not have gone. Paul is great. World champion. He is rated better than the other pro's and he taught Carol well. I don't think people gave him a chance. If he comes back for a third, i hope people allow him the chance to show he and his partner can be good before dismissing him due to personality.

Paul actually really grew on me this series when he didn't have John to rub him up the wrong way. I was disapointed to see them go.
