Well i think that since people either go to bed at different times or have to come off the boards for some reason or another i would start this thread so people can say goodbye as they sign off for the last time.


I will not be going until 10 - although there will be a break when i have my tea!!!!! and after that i would like people to keep posting and i will come back and read them.


My fav memory of this board is finding it a realisng that there were other people who felt the same way as me to one degree or another. I hope to keep in touch with all of you either via the new boards or in other ways.

As this is going to be my last ever post I just wanted to say:



Bye Byeall, it has been a pleasure getting to know you and talking about SCD.



 



Brendan and the other dancers would be very proud if they knew what an affect SCD has had on us, so well done all of you. 



I would just like to say good luck in all of your new venture whatever they may be and remember to

i'm really sad that this board is closing, i always wanted to find somewhere where i could talk to people who shared my love for scd, and i could not have wished to meet a more welcoming, kind and funny group of people.

I have to agree 100% Judith,definately my favourite memory of the boards was my first visit and realising so many people had the same interests as me (i.e.Brendan/Brendan and Natasha,SCD and dancing in general) Immediately I felt at home,and everyone made me feel really comfortable which is something im very grateful for.


I'd like to say thanks to admin for creating such a great message board where everyone could unite in talking about what they felt so passionately about.Its been great talking to you all and I hope that we can continue to converse on the other message board.

Yeah, I just want to say bye to everyone! I've had a really great time discussing SCD on this board, and although I'm really sad that the boards are closing, I hope that I will be able to see everyone again on the new board!

I wuld also like 2 say thanks 2 u lot. U have been the most amazing friends is such a short space of time. U make me laugh, cry and gernerally feel g8! Judith, uve now got me in tears after that message! Luv ya guys and hope 2 see u on the new boards. Be thinking of u all in the mock SATs tomoz and I promise Ill try not 2 cry wen I do.

I will be going about half nine put i'll just post my goodbye now


its has been great talking to people who all have one common interest SCD without it i wouldnt have got to know you all


Before this board i would never have dreamed of joining a discussion boards bt iam so glad i joined this one i have made some great friends and wish to keep talking to everyone on the other boards


it has been great getting to know u all and hope to keep chatting soon

I have really enjoyed being a part of this board and I really hope that we can all continue to discuss SCD on the other boards!!!!

well, i'm really sad this is the end.  It's been a great board and we've had some good laughs.  I'm just going to try and have a break from the boards for a while (if i can bear it) as i do have a young family and i tend to spend too much time on here so this will be an opportunity to break the habit - and start cooking the tea on time and do other stuff!! 


If i really miss it i will definitely be in touch and join another board - wow they're sprouting up all over the place. 


Thank you admin you have done a superb job it can't have been easy juggling work and the board so thanks for keeping it going for as long as you did. 


Finally, thanks to all the members of the board that i've spoken to over the months, i've had a blast.  So that's it - no more surfing in to see if the N & B thread has been updated with gossip etc - i reckon i'll miss it like crazy but I suppose life goes on and even Brendan's closed his site - wonder how he's feeling?

I think when i say this, I speak for every one of us. Whether you only just joined or joined a long time ago. It has been the most amazing experience being on the boards with all of you.


There are so many memories which i will treasure forever. Not only has it changed my life, it's changed me as a person aswell. Because even though we don't know what each other look like and know everyone as a person, but we have grown to be the way we are as a big group of friends. Nothing is ever perfect, but being on here with you guys and girls has been fantastic and I will never forget any of you!

So whatever happens....Good luck with everything that happens in the future

I don't want to go but the time has come for me to make my final post.


I've not been a member on here long, but in the time that I have I've really enjoyed being a part of it,I never thought I would feel this way about leaving a message board but I feel like crying and I probably will very soon.


Thankyou to everyone who has made this messageboard the place it is, a place that I could come and talk about SCD to my hearts content with out people's eyes glazing over with boredom coz they just don't get it like we do.

I just want to say a massive thanks to every member of these SCD boards. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we've had a fantastic time, and it's inspiring how such a diverse group of people of all ages and walks of life could come together and discuss a love of dance here. It's such a shame that the boards are closing, but as they say - 'All good things must come to an end'. I shall miss my daily Natasha & Brendan gossip!


 


Big thank you to Victoria for establishing the boards in the first place!


 


Hopefully I will keep in touch with some of you, either via email, MSN or other discussion boards, but to the rest of you - take care and best wishes for the future.

In my last and Final post. I would also like yto say a Big Thank You to Victoria. You have changed out lives so much........and brought a lot of happiness too.
I wish you and Ian the Very Best in your dancing carrer, but most of all make sure you are happy in everything you do


As for the rest of you girls and guys
Hope you get what you want in life........don't let anything or anyone get in the way of your dreams, although there are a lot of obsticles which stop you from getting to where you want to be - everything happens for a reason. We may not always know what and why that reason is but that is just the way things go. you just have to figure how to deal with things in your own way. Every life ends with a happy ending.......

To everybody here, the GGs (i will always be a member) the NGs the inbetweens, the brendan fans, the darren fans, the halifax ppl and espically admin for this wonderful board, goodbye and thankyou. youv been so wonderful iv made some fantstic friends on here and i no that we will meet one day (lets fly the flag GGs). everybody had better join emmas board as i dont think i can give this up. Well, this is it then. We all move on to pastures new, and this place is going to be read only - I might finally get caught up with all the posts! lol


The only thing that really upsets me about this place closing, is the fact that we had Pro's visiting us here. I'd like to think that they would take the time to follow us to pastures new, but sadly I doubt it
